Resume submitted through recruiting agency, remote video conference interview set up by interviewer. Interviewer did almost all the talking, and only left about 10 minutes to actually ask any questions about my background and experience. Interviewer also was looking at a different screen during the video conference, and never actually looked into the camera, interviewer definitely could use some coaching on video conference etiquette, and more generally how to actually conduct an effective interview, and avoid being rude.
