It started very well. Friendly attitude thru zoom meeting. We went thru my CV for the first meeting and then they described the role etc. The second interview was in 3 days with another line manager. We almost had the same conversation. They asked for a 3rd int. In 2-3 days. For the 3 Rd and the last interview, they have shared a case and asked me to present a real-life example with a client. I did the demo as requested. Head of the department was also on the call, asked questions and they were very positive and kind. However, even if they told me that they will give feedback +/- by next week, no one got back to me. I waited for almost two weeks and then followed up myself where then I was informed that they have chosen another candidate for the role. I would expect a feedback on time, with a reason why I was not selected to develop myself for next opportunities.
