The interview process was in two parts and very quick and efficient. I had a lovely conversation with an HR rep who gave me all the basics and handled all the usual questions. Then, immediately, the next interview was in 3 days and included 2 company founders who were very professional and inquisitive. We established a very good rapport and extra time was spent on the interview. They were not shy to indicate whether they liked the fit or not and said they would get back to me in 3 hours. 3 hours later they offered my a job and we agreed to work out the salary within a certain range. I didn't know it at the time, but their conduct and efficiency spoke well to the way they like to move and make decisions. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise from having to go through many different and long reply interview processes
