Basic process - telephone interview and interview with boss that when okay. Met with HR manager who seemed a little unprepared and talked more herslf then ask questions about my experience. Also note, the company has you take a personality test which asks several unrelated questions about the job - so you know something is wacky here.

If you were an animal on a merry-go-round, what would you be?
Terrible. The guy that interviewed me seemed like he had other things to do and was not engaging in the least. 2/10 is would not partake again. Lessons were learned.

This was a total joke!!! They didn't even look at my resume. Anyone can get a job here. If you want to be micromanaged to death then this is the place for,you to work

Entrevista
I had 2-3 phone interviews and 5 live interviews plus a 6 hour skills/personality assessment test. I thought I was interviewing for the CEO's job or something. They drag out this process and tell you that they don't really care how long it takes as long as they find the "right person" whatever that is. I have no problem getting rejected for a job, but when I've spent over 30 hours of my time to land the position and then the company doesn't even have the decency to give you a personal phone call, something is just wrong.
