Me contactaron via telefónica, realice una primera entrevista telefónica mayoritariamente en Inglés aunque preguntaron de igual forma en Inglés y posteriormente una entrevista presencial divida en 2 fases: 1º con el recruiter telefónico y en 2º lugar con los HRBP's con los que debía trabajar,

I had an interview with a senior HRBP. She contacted me via email and asked me to pop up in her office for a 15 mins talk.
As soon as I arrived she had some comments on how I looked.
then we started talking about the job itself and the potential benefits for me and for the company to have a profile like mine.
