I only did the initial recruiter screen and an assignment. The recruiter interview was straightforward with them asking for my experience in addition to a few questions. The assignment took FAR too long for it to be free labor. I worked really hard on it and genuinely thought I submitted an excellent final product. Ultimately they didn't move me forward to the next round. When I asked for feedback on the assignment, they said they couldn't provide any. Overall communication throughout the process was good, but not great towards the end when I was waiting for a decision.
