It was an average panel. Zero questions relating to how I work within a team environment, nor any questions regarding my work samples. Just another run-of-the-mill 30 minute generic interview process. Got the feeling pretty quickly they weren't really interested in me anyways, so why bother. Not surprising that I was ghosted without even a respectful rejection. This tells me about their lack of culture.
