I was called on the phone and asked to come in for an in-person interview for the next day. It was short notice, but I agreed. I came in and they were unprepared for me, but had me wait in the kitchen. When they were ready, I met with a Sr. client manager and an HR rep. They were very nice and asked the usual interview questions (see below). I was told they'd continue interviewing the rest of the candidates and if I was selected to move on to the next round, I'd have to pass a background check. I passed on to the second round and was asked to come in again, for a last-minute interview the next day. I met with the same Sr. manager and another colleague and a different HR rep. Pretty much same, normal questions that you'd expect. Everyone was nice. The HR woman told me on the way out that they'd be in touch by the beginning of the next week. I didn't hear back from them until 2.5 weeks later when I received a form email from them thanking me for my interest in their company. I thought that was not the best way to respond to me, especially due to the time that I took going out to their office twice and meeting with them in person. That was really the only negative aspect of my experience with them.
