Long recruitment process but very informative. Got interviewed by HR, management and seniors. Got an opportunity to talk to other employees and to-be managers / peers. Three conversations i had were quite long and checked in-depth my language knowledge, profession knowledge, experience and personality. It was stretched in time but gave me a lot of insight into to the work enviroment and HR was available on skype since begining of process till the end for me to ask any questions and inquire more.
