A telephonic round, followed by a F2F round is the norm they follow. As one of the reviews pointed out earlier, the HR is clueless about the process and incompetent. The whole team lacks co-ordination, and the interview process was very unorganized and unpleasant with repeated questions. The company has no regard to the time invested by candidates and the Director is obnoxious and boastful. No proper follow ups despite assurances. The positive reviews posted here and on Google are mostly by the current employees, probably out of obligation. Steer clear of this "company", I've blocked it on all portals.
