June 24, 2017 Air Asia had their recruitment at Salem Complex, Domestic Road, Pasay @9am.. We arrived there at past 9 and there were already many applicants lined up outside the building. My number was 51* (so maybe half of the number). I waited for about 1.5-2hrs for my turn. When we were inside the room, we initially had the orientation where in they will instruct you to compile the paper that was given for you to fill up & your resume plus the whole body picture and the passport size. We were group into 10. Lined up. And went inside.. As the two representatives will judge the way you walk, pose & most especially your SMILE.. so make sure that as you enter the office, you'll begin to show your beautiful & Air Asia Smile!! After that, they will tell you to turn around (and that's the time they'll choose)... They asked us to turn around again, then announced the chosen applicant. (Luckily, I was that one out of 10 people within my batch).. I proceeded to the Height & Weight and Docs Check.. After which is the Initial interview process (1 on 1) where in he will ask you some simple questions and he will ask you to remove your blazer then he'll check if you got scars or tattoos as well as your hair --since you were allowed to not doing the hair bun, make sure that your hair is in good length & condition. Unfortunately, I did not make it until the next process...
