Mine was a two interview process that involved an interview with my perspective manager, first, followed up with an interview with a nearby territory manager who was more keen on the technical aspect of the actual job. The air compressor repair community is quite small, so they'll pretty much take anyone with any commercial air compressor repair experience. Bonus points if you know refrigeration, refrigerated air dryers, or if you're familiar with their main brand of service/sales, Atlas Copco.
