Got a call from HR to schedule an interview shortly after applying. Had an online teams meeting with the plant manager two days later. Overall, smooth process. The HR call also asked about salary expectations.

Process was quick and easy. Interview questions were around my resume and achievements that I mentioned. No surprises at all in the interview. It felt like friendly discussion.
