Writing this in English for the benefit of others. Note the job title is not the correct, if I add the correct it might reveal my identity. -- 1. Submitted CV on their career pages 2. Contacted by recruiter and exchange of few emails 3. Technical interview: a short ~30min interview 4. Got rejected on the spot ending with them (managers) being annoyed. At least that how I experienced it. I have strong technical experience, I have the ability to learn, but I don't have the laser skills for that position. When I submitted the CV I was rejected automatically (email). But later surprised by the recruiter to have a call. The manager was condescending, disdainful and patronizing. I also sent polite feedback to the recruiter, who didn't acknowledged it. Regardless if I'm wrong on my perception or if I do not have the competence, I believe the lack of reply is a lack of professionalism on their part. I marked the interview as easy because I was not asked any technical questions.
