My interview with Iwona was great. She did the casual introduction about the company present, who forms it, and where is it going. Also she described the position and needs. She made sure to capture all the details about my CV through a natural conversation in which she took the time to make questions to further understand my experience and recent career changes. At the same time she was capturing how I could fit the team values and culture as this was a relevant part of the process since they are working remotely and is a smaller team that needs to work efficiently. Overall was a great conversation about our expectations, very natural and human. Too bad my CV was not matching fully their technical specs, which made sense. Next time!
