I applied through a recruiter. The interview process is a way too long and waste of time. Starting with the phone interview with recruiter, then a technical challenge in coderbyte.com (SQL and JavaScript challenges ). I passed this step and they said my solutions impressed their hiring committee. Finally interview with HR manager and one senior employee. It was about one hour and they were questioning mostly about my pervious experience.
I think the hiring manager doesn't have expriancece interviewing people. Don't waste your time, if you have good experience and skills because it seems hiring manager is looking for people with less experience and skill.
