I have an interview with company`s two directors and General Manager (HR).They have inquired about my experience with previous company.They want to know how this INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING could be useful to any company.They have inquired how long it will take to establish these activities.I have replied that it will take minimum years looking to the size of company.Their answer was we do not have this long time so what can be done.After lot of discussions (Approx. 2 hours) one of director has suggested that,I join this company for 3 months.Mean time both parties can evaluate each other and decide further.
