Had a phone conversation with the HR recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and a third interview with the IT team. Sent follow up emails to both the recruiter and hiring manager...and heard nothing. Ghosted after three interviews. Super unprofessional and rude.

Contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter. Had a phone conversation with the recruiter, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. RBS brought me to North Carolina for an interview. I showed up at the appropriate time only to find out that the team in IT didn't know I was coming. They scrambled to meet with me even though the hiring manager was actually out of the office that day. I finished the interview, flew home and submitted my expenses. A few days later, I received a check in the mail. I never heard back from them again. Not a rejection or explanation. Nothing. Unbelievable.
