The process was straight forward - 1. Resume Screening 2. An introductory call with HR and DS manager 3. A business problem to solve with several questions (3-4 days task) 4. Discussion with the DS manager 5. Discussion with HR 6. Dicussion with the CEO (if needed) The catch is, sometimes they will take great interview but will forget to inform you that they got busy with a board meeting for 2 months. They will then post the requirement again on portals
