The interview here doesn't seem to be a legit process. The HR just completes their numbers by randomly taking interviews. There is no transparency in terms of what the outcome is. I have been interviewed 7 times and not even for once was i given a clear feedback on anything. Seems like the leaders here are just filling positions with their known and wasting the time of other candidates.

1) Recruiter initially contacted me on LinkedIn. 2) Screening call with the recruiter 3) Logic maths and overall capability tests online 4) 3 interviews, first one with the hiring manager, second one with the future team lead of the position, third one with the EU Director. 5) Offer letter a couple days afterwards, with a good follow up in between interviews and along the process.
