I have been contacted one month after I applied online by the HR department for an Interview. I interviewed with the manager of the department who wanted to test my motivation to work for Agoda as well as my technical skills for the position. I passed this interview, and I have been asked to complete within one week some online numerical, statistical and psychological tests. My results were good enough to go to the next step and meet 2 times with the director of the finance department. The interview went well, straight forward and honest. As a conclusion, I have been told that my profile was not matching perfectly with the position I applied for, but that they would need me for another position that would fit better. They asked me to think about this new position and to give them some feedback if I was interested. I replied positively, and since this moment, I have never heard back from Agoda (I contacted them many times by email, phone call...). I applied end of May 2015, and my online profile on Agoda's career website is still open for the position, even though they never replied to my calls.
