I was supposed to be interviewed for the BE skills, but the interviewer asked mobile development questions. The role required a relocation, but the Interviewer was constantly demotivating about the relocation.

7 interviews of varying levels of difficulty on site and virtual. It was not all equally challenging but I can say it was thorough. I also felt like they were all necessary

So unprofessional. Applied for the EM role, got an automated email to sign up for an interview slot which I did. The interview seemed to go ok, mostly just situational questions, but didn't hear back for a week, so I emailed the recruiter and got absolutely no response. Literally over a month later I get an email from a different person saying "oh sorry we are late but we are going to pass". I don't mind that they reject me but just being SILENT for a month is just crazy. If this is the first impression as a candidate, I can't imagine what it is like as an employee.... shesh.
