1. Typing speech test
2. Few section of online test includes grammar test, mathematics test, IQ test and writing test.
3. After finishing the above tests, then one of the supervisor will invite you to a conference room for face to face interview. He told me they basically will hired someone based on the test results.
Interview process was not as an interview. Interviewer was more focusing on previous company rather than asking questions about current job vacancy. Interviewer was not focusing on how an interviewer should be....

talent pitch assessment, practice of customer calls and complaints asking about details of the call and follow the procedure of solving the problem. Another brain games tests. and quite long questionnaire. At the end is a simple writing test. the process would take around two hors

Sent CV via staffing agency and a week later, AgodaTalentPitch URL was sent to take some tests which included role-play video (x2), math test, personality test, and etc. (nearly took 2+ hours!) Then on to a face-to-face interview. Approx. 2-3 week process until the interview.

Basic Questions: why choose, your strength/weakness, hospitality/travel &/or stress related questions. Also, a simple role-play to check your politeness (I guess). They will check your English level but no standardized test; just conversational. Some additional questions relating your feedback provided at Basic Questions.
