Initially an HR reached me through Linkedin. Post which a call was setup in which she explained me about the position. Post this I received a link for online test. This test included aptitude, sql and reasoning questions and was of approx. 2 hrs.
Once i cleared the online assessment then there was an interview setup where it was all about my experiences etc. Then after a week 2nd round was set up again it was more about my experience and how can i fit in Agoda. Post this i had another round in a week with Director where there were case studies, puzzles etc. My journey stopped here. However i know that if i would have cleared it then there was one more round with VP and then negotiations.
Overall interview experience was very good. HR use to give timely updates.
