      Entrevista

      I applied via the careers portal and received an email the same day saying I had been shortlisted and would have to go through an assessment test. This was basically a maths exam where you have to solve about 18 questions in 25 mins. Honestly don’t see the relevancy to the role I was interviewing for. However I completed the test and didn’t not hear back from the team for almost a week. Finally they got back saying they wanted to fast track my process and sent an email which had all the details regarding the process. The issue here was the HR seemed extremely unclear on the role. Throughout my process my question was why am I seeing the term analyst in the email, is it an analyst process coz i wasn’t looking for that particular role. The email also read that I had to have prior knowledge on SQL/python/R etc which seemed very weird. However I did set up a round with the hiring manager for an analytical round which was absolutely stupid too. Waste of time. Don’t waste your time in this campaign. They don’t know what they are hiring for. They look at their marketing team as a data team which makes no sense.
