Entrevista
There was 2 tests that had to be completed which takes approximately 2.5hrs. According to the results of the test they will decide whether we are suitable for the position and call us for an interview.

In the writing test they asked me to write a complain about a bad experience at a hotel.

Entrevista
The interview went well. They asked basic questions about myself, my experience and my interest in the company/role. After that, we did a couple of role-plays. I did mess up the role-play a bit, but the interviewer was understanding as I hadn't done that before.
After the interview, I received a vague email neither accepted nor rejected me. All it said was to wait two weeks as they were "waiting confirmation regarding the schedule for our next intake class". After two weeks, I received another vague email saying they were still reviewing application. After another two and a half weeks, they emailed to say the position was on hold.
I find this absolutely ridiculous and disappointing coming from a well-known company. It gives me the impression that they are unorganised, inconsiderate, and not transparent. I also emailed asking for clarification, but I did not received a response. Very disappointing.
I passed until the first interview. My first interview is by phone call for 30 minutes. The interview is ok but the good thing is that they emailed details and some tips before the interview started plus the question is quite easy for me.
