Agoda's interview process typically spans 3–4 weeks and involves 3–4 rounds: a recruiter chat, an online assessment (technical/logical), a case study, and 2-3 behavioral/technical interviews with hiring managers. The process heavily emphasizes data-driven decision-making, the CAR (Context-Action-Results) method, and team fit, with most roles focusing on problem-solving, analytical skills, and sometimes specialized technical tests.
The first round went well. The second round - well the interviewer didn't even show up and the HR went AWOL on me with no communication. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
