Entrevista
I applied through the mail. There response was good and interview schedule went smoothly. The interview conducted through online and happened for a day (10.30am to 8.30pm).
The following rounds of interview were conducted:
1. Orientation (founder)
2. Aptitude test ( description type)
3. Technical face to face
4. Individual task ( descriptive type Q&A)
5. Group task ( Task assigned and presented in PowerPoint)
6. Conclusion.
After a week, they called to do tool test (cad modelling) in IIT satelite campus, pudupakkam (remote place, difficult to access via public transport). I was very much satisfied with process till this point.
Furthermore a week, I received call regarding job offer from HR where the trouble started. The words and terms and conditions told by HR was changing throughout our convo in upcoming days. When asked about it, only thing happened is to make compromise which was frustrating.
There were no indication of internal communication.
Finally I declined the offer.
