Summary: Dodged a Bullet. If this is how they court potential candidates I don't want to work there.
After receiving an initial email from, I setup a time for a call via a calendly. The time for the call went and passed with out hearing from them. I emailed them and received no response. So I opened the calendly link and picked another time this time being sure to include my cell phone number. This time they called at the time and I had a brief chat mostly covering the team and how they are growing.
After that I received a few emails to setup a time for a technical call. I selected some open times. I then received a problem statement and told to be prepared to present during the call. On the morning of the call, I had something come up and needed to reschedule. I emailed the only contact email I had. Again I never received a response. I tried to join the call anyway just to discuss rescheduling. I waited for 7 minutes and no one joined. I assumed I would hear via email about a new time.
They are growing fast and will likely get a lot new people to fill roles and then flail a lot with inexperienced managers and unfeasible deadlines.. Been there done that, and it's not for me.

Several initial recruiter calls, 30 min call with potential manager, 1 hour straightforward coding exercise on coderpad, relatively involved take-home, then a "virtual onsite" comprised of 1 hour with most of the potential team where I gave a presentation on my background, 1 hour of coding adding a feature to the take-home, 1 hour of whiteboard design, and 30 minute cultural interview with a VP. Offer received several days later.
Everyone was very kind, responsive, and cognizant of my time.

I applied online for the Sr. Software Engineer position, and the recruiter reached out for a 30-minute phone screening. After that, I had about a one-hour meeting with the hiring manager, where we discussed my background, interests, and past experience. Following this, I completed a technical assessment focused on SLAM, which included three rounds (covering coding, deep technical discussions on SLAM, etc.). The final stage was a behavioral interview. The interviewers were very friendly throughout, which helped me feel relaxed. Overall, the process was very positive, and the recruiter did an excellent job coordinating and scheduling everything according to my availability.

Which optimization library do you typically use for SLAM, and how do you update the SE(3) pose during optimization iterations?
Interview process was one of the best I have been through. The Recruiter who reached out to me on LinkedIn also the Manager of Recruiting set up an initial call. Walked through the process and my background and set me up to speak with the Manipulation lead. Interview was about an hour and was fairly technical into my background the work they were doing and how I could fit in working fully remote. The manager also is fully remote and really eased my nerves on how that would work since I have always worked on-site. Next I had a Technial assessment to do for the last round with a group of team members and a candidate presentation. Was a bit nervous for that since it was remote and it was 5-6 people in the presentation. Then I think 2- more rounds after that. I really felt prepared the whole time, great communication by team and Recrutier was fantastic gave me feedback on my presentation and shared with hiring people as well. After the final round I got an offer that night as I was told, really quick turnaround overall about 11 days for three interviews. Agility was so patient with me after getting the offer, and I really felt like they wanted me to make best decision for me and my family, and were so upfront about what could and couldn't be done. Overall, cant say anything but very positive things about the process and am loving it being on the team so far.
