Recruiter 30-minute call, three colleagues 45-minutes each, the hiring manager 45-minutes. A 6-week process from apply date. I followed up 2 weeks after the hiring manager interview and she stated she would get back to me by the end of the week. I never heard back from anyone in the organization about my status or declining my candidacy. Had there been a timely decline e-mail I would have rated this as a positive experience.
