Phone interview was conducted by recruiters for an initial screening. and then the first official interview is via video conference call and typically a one-on-one interview with a hiring manager. Was quite comfortable atmosphere. The interview with CS team manager is final round.

The interview process was very fast in the beginning but ended up being quite slow. I got rejected and I dont mind this. What I mind is that after one interview with the HR and 2 with managers, they just sent an automated email, I found it very impersonal.

Best I've ever had! Super transparent and responsive. It was very clear what to expect from the job and everything is managed well. The onboarding process is like a breeze, everything is automated and fast. Never seen anything like it. This is very promising to start my new career at Agilent.

It took several rounds of interviews with HR, the hiring manager, the team panel, and higher management. Most of the interviews were conducted virtually, with one in person. Overall, it went smoothly, but it was a bit stressful during the team panel.
