I was originally contacted by a recruiter for Agilent technologies, whom did my initial phone interview. This interview primarily composed of behavioral questions and what you would do in a given scenario. These questions of course relate back to any relevant job experience you have. From there I was called about 2 weeks later from a hiring manager and did a 2nd phone interview regarding the my relevant experience from education and work and how it would apply to this position. From there I was given a 3rd interview where you met in person with 2 hiring managers and a Senior engineer.
