This made the experience feel less structured and somewhat discouraging. Overall, it was a technically challenging interview but could have been more positive with better coordination and involvement from the hiring manager.

Phone call with friendly in-house recruiter. Phone interview with hiring manager with good leadership skills. On-site interview with multiple team members was intense and mostly friendly and lasted 3+ hours.
Interviewer asked very technical questions relating to electronics board, manufacturing concepts and tasks completion deadlines. Explain step by step how to solve manufacturing issues and also to meet these deadlines
