Applied through a virtual career fair. Recruiter called me in march 2017 and had a chat about the role. While hanging up she told me that she will send me an email invite for the technical phone interview. She didn't send anything and I tried calling her a dozen of times and couldn't connect to her. One month later an engineer from the company calls me says "Okay lets start the interview" without even asking if I am available. I took the interview with the fear of not getting hold of them again, by taking a break from my work. Really unprofessional experience.
