I applied online and had human resources reach out within a month of applying. I then had a 10 minutes human resource phone screen and then was scheduled to meet with hiring manager/lead engineer at the local plant. We had a interview where he had a set list of questions that he asked me and he also answered my questions and told me what i would be doing as an intern.

Entrevista
The interview was in three-steps. First, there was a phone interview with one person. This was followed by in in-person interview with another person. The conversation was very enjoyable and the atmosphere was warm. I was asked behavioral questions as well as questions regarding resume and technical knowledge. The interview itself lasted about 30 mins long. Once this stage was passed, there was a final phone interview/call to get acquainted with other people on the team.

Entrevista
Applied online through university internship website. Initially had an email from HR regarding interview. Had a phone call with a lady in HR briefly about why I had applied to the job and etc. Later, another phone interview was arranged to have a chat with project manager. Talked about the project and asked quesetions. Got an offer afterwards.
