I interviewed with the HR Representative, the hiring manager, a teammate, a colleague on a related team, and 2 folks in leadership. I was interviewing with another company at the same time. HR and the hiring team were very accommodating and did a great job helping me balance both as I got offers from both. I accepted the offer from Agero. I was very impressed with how the whole team communicated and operated and I was happy to accept the offer.

I applied to this role even though it was listed in another state. I have seen many roles listed in a specific area that are open to remote. The application had me enter my location six times, so it was very obvious that I wasn't in the specified location. A recruiter set up a phone screen with me, and when he called, he asked once again where I was located and then told me that I wouldn't be eligible. He could have done that via email.
