Interview felt more like an interrogation process. There was no follow up after either and was made to do assignments prior to the interview. generally felt like a waste of time, because it seems like they had an idea of what candidate they wanted. panel did not share more about the jd either, and only after i probed did they do so.

Hiring team was distracted throughout the interview process, which was ironic given that the role heavily involved partnerships and stakeholder management. Quite clear that there's a specific archetype they're looking for, but the hiring team are honest about the culture at AIC as well. HR emailed to ask for further documents so as to move forward with an offer, but ghosted afterwards despite follow ups on email and text.
