It was lousy! We went over my resume and then he told me I shouldn't do the position. So why am I there then? Obviously, I came to the interview thinking we were on a positive footing. He didn't want to listen to how my skills were transferable. He's one of those people who thinks anyone with a creative background can't function like a common sense adult. Can I get an, "Okay Boomer?" from the choir.

1st interview went well. Then John/ CEO disappeared. Reappeared after 2 weeks for a client facing interview. Which went pleasantly! CEP Disappeared again since then. No consideration for applicants time and effort. Please at least let the candidate know you have moved on with some one or provide some feedback to follow ups.
