Phone interview was casual and meandering. Interviewer talked Node vs PHP, as though they were directly comparable, which they are not. Not much actual technical meat or screening. Pretty much stuff like whether I used namespaces, how long I've used PHP, what I like about PHP, do I know OOP, etc. A few days later, I got an email saying they didn't think my code was up to snuff, even though I didn't code for them or submit any code samples.
