HR and Finance leads conduct a basic interview in the UK headquarters. The main topic was month end closing. They have a small team which was not introduced and my questions on the team members were avoided. The department appears to have a high turnover rate. A major red flag. The salary offer was too low. They promised promotions but would not offer anything linked to performance and there are no bonuses so I politely declined.
