They were super communicative with me through the whole hiring process. The interview consisted of a phone call to determine if I should come in for an in-person interview and we talked about availability, hours of operation, pay, and eligibility for the position. In the in-person interview, I took parts of a standardized test to show I was qualified to tutor those subjects. They asked questions about my past work experience and gave situations for me to respond to.
