I made an online application,after three weeks took a psychometric test of 250 questions and thereafter was subjected to a written assessment test.A Skype interview with a panel of 5 persons was conducted in which an average of three questions were asked by each panelist. At the beginning of the skype interview the connection kept dropping and hence it was agreed I proceed at a designated office of their associate in my country to use the teleconference facility.This went well.
