Applied online, got a call within 24 hours, set up an in person interview
Interview was 1-on-1, about 30 minutes
They spend a lot of time trying to sell you on the job
At the end they told me to think it over and call back if I'm interested, and then they'd let me know if they were extending an offer, which felt a bit backwards.

Literally just an entry level sales position interview. They will ask you the basic sales questions and see if you are able to hold a conversation. Not much else. Hold a conversation, say you are comfortable on the phone and talking to business owners.

Good sales pitch. Good company. Too bad commission only. They should have mentioned this before I applied. Waste of time unfortunately. If they can't be upfront about pay and benefits, it's not worth the effort. I hope not all of their offices practice this.

I did not apply to a job posting but instead received a phone call from a recruiter stating he had seen my resume on ZipRecruiter and thought I could be a potential good candidate for several open positions (Account Executive, Hiring Manager). I came in the next day for an interview, and it was more of a informational interview with a group of about 5-7 people. We were specifically asked to not ask questions during the presentation, which focused primarily on the compensation package and not the roles themselves.
