I found the job listing through the Dept. of Labor website and sent them an e-mail with my resume. They called me for an interview, the first interview was basically them selling themselves to me, then they told me I would get a second call if they felt I fit their criteria. The second interview had a lot of questions regarding my confidence and ability to push myself to suceed.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
