I was initially contacted by the corporate recruiter, who scheduled a 30 minute talk to discuss my background and interests. Very typical interview screen, many soft questions, tell me about your self, and so on. Second round was a 1-hr call with the hiring manager, where we discussed my background in more detail, specific projects I had worked on and some light behavioral questions. Next round was a video interview with the HM again, slightly more in depth behavioral questions, some odd functional questions ("What is strategy?"). Final round was in their office in GA, three interviews (HM, VP, case presentation to both). HM interview was fairly typical, more of the behavioral and a little functional. VP interview was mostly listening to him speak about the role and department. Case was very straightforward, a written case with 45 minutes to prep a discussion with the HM and VP.
