I interviewed at their College Park office. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly, laid back. She asked questions mostly about what was on my resume. Some questions not about my resume were:
-Are you competitive in nature?
-You are going hear the word "no" about 100 times a day. How are you doing to deal with this?
-How are you with public speaking?
-What differentiates you from the other applicants?
The office was really small.

What differentiates you from the other applicants?
Really easy. I applied online and then I had a group interview/information session first and then one on one. Very laid back and it felt like a casual networking conversation.
Very easy process, hiring team seemed like they wanted you onboard more so than you want to join. Mostly asked for availability and time commitments rather than asking for skills.
It was super easy, over zoom, did not really ask many questions at all. Gave a brief rundown of my experience and was offered the position on the spot. They did not ask anything very specific at all.
