El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Aflac (San Diego, CA) en oct 2009
Entrevista
I received a phone call after my resume was posted on CareerBuilder.com. We set up a time to meet with the area manager. He and I spoke for thirty minutes for an initial interview to see if either of us would like to continue to a more detailed discussion on another day. We both agreed to pursue further. The next interview was for two hours where he described the training, pay structure, bonuses, residual, etc.
The companies products, employees and atmosphere was very positive and encouraging. If there was a base pay, I would have accepted the position.

It was a very odd process. They conduct their interviews in groups which I’ve never seen before. Honestly they seem desperate to me which I did not like. It is also all commissioned based with no salary. Very awkward to ask questions since it’s done in a group.
Met with district regional manager, in person interview, business professional attire. typical interview questions (i.e. strengths, weaknesses, how do you communicate with people, etc). Overall, not difficult and this was for an internship.
sat with multiple people going through the process. It was just the info session, but it was informative. invited to go through another round of interviews, but did not proceed.
