I had my resume on several job sites. I received an email invitation to interview at the Northglenn office. I previously had ZERO sales experience having worked in retail for 10+ years so I was apprehensive about the interview.
I was part of a group interview consisting of 4 other people and it was led by Katherine. The interview was what hooked me- Katherine’s energy and information regarding the company was awesome!
I was asked to come back for an individual interview a few days later where she went into great detail about the benefits specialist position.
One interview for summer internship. Recruiter was very nice and answered all my questions. It was an easy interview and not stressful. Be sure to come prepared with questions as well as your goals.

The interview was conducted in a panel format and was well-organized. It is just for you to come and listen about Aflac, my session had over 20 people. No need of preparation just come prepare to take notes if you are interested.

group interview. took an hour and a half and this is basiclly just a sales position. this isnt benefits specialist for the work. commission based salary that starts offf very low.
