I was contacted and the interview was set up by the Controller. I expected it to be a one-on-one meeting, but was surprised to find the CFO was also present. While not a bad thing, it's worth knowing going in that senior leadership may be involved. The interview itself was fairly standard. We walked through my resume and I answered typical interview questions. The tone leaned more toward assessing personality and culture fit than diving deep into technical accounting or finance skills, so be prepared to speak to who you are as much as what you know. Overall it was a comfortable, conversational experience.
