Poor recruitment and interview process. Seems like HR and the hiring manager were not on the same page and I felt like they wasted my time. Recruiter reached out without even consulting the hiring manager first about my work and felt like I was led on in the process.

A recruiter reached out to me about the role, initial screening with the recruiter and the first interview with the creative lead went great. The third was a highly disorganized portfolio review with the creative team. Unprofessional interview, I was asked how my experience is relevant to tech. Very confusing because the company reached out to me. I did not move on from the third interview, I believe there were another 3. Felt like my time was wasted, I think the recruiters send candidates through without getting approval from the hiring managers. Poor hiring process.
